Help Internationals Learn English

Every Saturday morning from 10-11:30 at the church, you can make a difference in someone’s life by helping them learn English. There is a great need for immigrants to master our language so they can get their lives off to a good start, get a job, and function in U.S. culture .

Volunteer with Refugees

Denver has an enormous refugee population with more people coming from around the world every day. Refugees need help learning about their new environment, culture, and language. They need help from new friends and mentors to learn all they can during their adjustment. We, as Christians, have the opportunity to show Christ’s love through service, hospitality, and generosity to these often-overlooked new arrivals.

Help with Special Events

Light of the Nations needs volunteers to coordinate and help with festivals, dinners and logistics of all kinds.
